Winnie's Diner on Darby Street is hosting an official menu launch next Tuesday, August 13, at 6pm. Chefs Colin Greengrass and Jared Phillips have been run off their feet since taking over the former Winnie's Jamaican at Finnegan's - not that they're complaining. "Everything is going well - we are working very hard and we've had a great first month," Phillips says. "We've been consistently busy pretty much every night since we opened. We've been changing the menu almost weekly up until this point to try and get a better understanding of what people are after, what works, what doesn't, and cooking with the availability of produce."
