Robinson Property's Lyndall Allan is selling neighbouring homes at 27 and 29 Hebburn Street. They are among three identical homes built circa 1930.
"This is my 20th year selling real estate and it is the first time ever I've had two homes side by side with different owners, so it is very unique," Ms Allan said.
"They were both built in 1930 and they both retain some incredible original features."

Construction is set to begin on three Torrens Title townhouses that will be built on a block of land on the corner of Watkins and Patrick streets in Merewether.
Developers Melissa and Tony Calder-Mason paid $1.8 million in 2017 for the large block which housed a home built in the 1800s and was owned by the Gow family for four generations.
