Commissioned by wine distributor Single Vineyard Sellers for its Highgate label, the base wine combines chardonnay and pinot noir. The wine is pale lemon and has busy medium bubbles. The nose shows scents of strawberries and cream and the front palate brings forth crisp nashi pear characters. The middle palate introduces elements of white peach, citrus and brioche and slatey acid refreshes at the finish.
