WESTERN Suburbs captain Mark Taufua will miss Sunday's last-round clash with Macquarie at Harker Oval because of concussion but Rosellas coach Matt Lantry is confident the former NRL player will be right for his side's major semi-final at the same venue in a fortnight.

Taufua has been ruled out after being knocked out during Saturday's 57-0 win over the Goannas at Cessnock.
Scans this week have cleared the prop of any major damage but the head clash will see him on the sidelines until minor premiers Wests play for a spot in the 2019 decider.
Felise Taufaao is expected to be his replacement.
* CENTRAL fullback Cameron Anderson leads the Newcastle RL try-scoring race with one round remaining, two ahead of Wests second-rower Ryan Walker.
It's no coincidence that Anderson's run coincides with Central's recent unbeaten streak and surge from last to third on the competition ladder.
Walker landed four tries of his own on the weekend to make 16 for the campaign.
Kurri's Barry McGrady has 12 while Wests pair Blake Andrews and Chad O'Donnell sit on 10 each.
* COUNTRY Rugby League released community award nominations on Wednesday with Dudley Redhead's Thomas George Hickey (volunteer of the year), West Wallsend (club of the year) and Nunzia Galloway (Maitland district) all in the mix.
The presentation will be held in Sydney on Saturday.
