The one-year-old McDonald Jones home at 9 Fin Street in Billy's Lookout is being sold through Harcourts Newcastle. A guide has not been set.
The five-bedroom house is on a level 603 square metre block. It has high ceilings, multiple living spaces and an alfresco area with built-in barbecue and wine fridge.
"It is bright, spacious and on a good-sized block of land and is an absolutely stunning home which has every possible upgrade you could think of and easy access to everywhere," Mr Hardy said.
"Given the growth that's happening in that area at the moment, I think it's a good opportunity for someone to get something top end there.
"It's hard to find new properties in that location, which is why Billy's Lookout has been so popular. Teralba is such a beautiful little suburb. We've had a really good response so far and I'm expecting that to continue."
It will be open for the first time at 11.15am on Saturday.
