WINE AND DINE A four-course meal by chefs the calibre of Andy Wright, Chris Thornton, Paul Niddrie and Nick Vivian. Glasses topped up by Usher Tinkler Wines, De Iuliis Wines and Ironbark Brewery. And it's for a good cause? We can only be talking about the annual Wine & Dine for Disability dinner, being held at Marina Views Function Centre at Wickham on Monday, September 9, 6pm to 10pm. This fundraising night for ConnectAbility Australia is supported by local people for local people. All are welcome to bring friends, colleagues and partners for a fun night out while supporting ConnectAbility, a charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with a disability by helping them to take control of their lives, and live the lives they choose (something most of us take for granted). So far, Wine & Dine for Disability has raised $50,000 for ConnectAbility, Colin Law from major event sponsor Commonwealth Bank told Food & Wine. Tickets $135 at stickytickets.com.au but be quick. The event sold out in 2017 and 2018.
