James Ferguson and Casey Noud were the lucky couple and to mark the milestone sale, Iris Capital and the team at Wyndham Ridge gifted them an ultimate wine-tasting experience at award-winning Hungerford Hill winery and restaurant as well as a gift hamper from Dalwood Estate winery.
"We were originally looking at existing homes in Singleton, but for our budget they needed a lot of work," the young couple said. "So we started looking for land and had gone to other estates but didn't like the smaller lots and feel.
"We were told about Wyndham Ridge and came for a drive out ... we just love the bigger blocks and more space.
"We looked at some of the larger lots here, but because it is our first time doing this, we bought a 600 square metre benched and retained lot to take the guess work out. We wanted a cul-de-sac, and the lot we bought mirrors exactly where we currently live and love."
Wyndham Ridge is at the heart of the Hunter Valley and is a country lifestyle estate with picturesque views of the valley, mountains and Hunter River, with modern amenity close by.
Land prices range from $159,000 to $400,000 and lots are from 600 square metres to 3600 square metres.
All lots are available to view at any time and the sales office at 124 Talleyrand Circuit, Wyndham Ridge, Greta is open each week from Thursday to Sunday between 10am and 2pm. You can find out more at www.wyndhamridge.com.au.
