However, Sunday sees centre Josh join Cessnock in the first grade preliminary final while Saturday has prop Kodie with Belmont Souths in a showdown against Dora Creek for the Newcastle and Hunter Community Rugby League A-grade title.
Belmont Souths also feature Brad Mullins, son of former Canberra and Australian fullback Brett, in the squad along with recent first graders Jacob Briggs (Macquarie), Liam Boney and Nathan Taylor (Central).
Minor premiers Dora Creek have former Knights lower grader Chris Marlborough and Tye Alchin (Macquarie).
The Rabbitohs and Swampies will be playing in one of nine NHCRL grand finals scheduled across two venues on September 14.
They wrap up proceedings at Waratah Oval. Aberglasslyn (C-grade men, A-grade ladies league tag) are in action twice while Berkeley Vale and hosts Waratah meet in the women's tackle game.
In Raymond Terrace at the Lakeside fields, Dungog and Stroud go head-to-head in both D-grade men's northern conference and C-grade ladies league tag.
* ETHAN Campbell will start for Central in Sunday's preliminary final with Mitch Williams (ribs) ruled out.
* FIVE CRL Newcastle players have been named for the Sydney Roosters in round one of the NRL Women's Premiership.
Isabelle Kelly, Mel Howard and Hannah Southwell will all start against the Warriors in Melbourne on Saturday while Bec Young and Caitlan Johnston are on the bench.
Holli Wheeler is lock for the Dragons, who tackle the Broncos in Sydney on Sunday.
