BEACHWATCH

Weak change coming up the coast during the early hours of the morning. Conditions not as clean and may see another slight increase during afternoon. Most breaks choppy and better waves as the tide runs out. Swell from the south-east to south at 1 to 2m. Winds light and variable out of the south-west to south. Small incoming tide for the early and try the reefs at Flatrock, Bar Beach and Merewether. Few lefts at Dixon towards low. Burwood, Dudley and Catho to the south. One Mile up at Port Stephens. Sweeps running to the south and some kelp patches about. Water temperature 15C. - Dave Anderson
