Botany Bay, not Newcastle, looms as back-up for Sydney harbour cruise terminals

The NSW government has announced it will prepare a "detailed business case" for a third Sydney cruise terminal at Botany Bay, prompting dismay from Newcastle MP Tim Crakanthorp.
