A custom-built, waterfront home considered among the Tighes Hill's most prestigious properties is set to go under the hammer on Saturday.
Mike Flook, of Robinson Property, will take the contemporary three-bedroom residence, known as The Watershed, at 5 Sparke Street to auction on site at 12.45pm. A price guide has not been disclosed.

There were eight registered bidders with "active" bidding starting at $1.3 million before the three-bedroom bungalow on 640 square metres of land was secured by a developer.
