In March this year, a luxurious four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment with harbour views on the same floor and in the same complex was secured after just nine days on the market for $2.315 million.
Scenic offering in Merewether
From one spectacular view to another, a tri-level Merewether residence perched high above the city is on the market with a guide of $2.85 million.
The four-bedroom home at 72 Scenic Drive is on a block around 1100 square metres in size and is being marketed by Robinson Property's Mike Flook, who reported early "strong interest".
"It has some of the best views I've seen in Merewether, all facing north up to the Bay, and is totally renovated throughout to a high level of finish," Mr Flook said.
There is a top-floor parents' retreat, main living, kitchen and theatre on the middle level and a further three bedrooms plus a rumpus on ground level. The home has two large balconies and a pool with entertaining area. Inspections are by appointment.
A price guide of $1.625 million has been set for another prestigious property Mr Flook is marketing at 5 Sparke Street in Tighes Hill, which passed in at auction last weekend. He is also selling a stately 1950s home on around 8500 square metres of land at 204 Croudace Street in New Lambton Heights. A guide has not been disclosed but it is rumoured to be around $3.5 million.
