Onwards Studio
Trash by Liz Pike is on exhibition at Onwards Studio at Hamilton North on Saturday only from 10am to 4pm. A curious contemporary take on the still-life painting genre that cleverly pokes fun at this tradition while commenting on modern-day society.
Left Hand Space
Newcastle graphic designer, Sean Bell is exhibiting his first solo art exhibition at Left Hand Space in Islington until October 5. While travelling throughout Europe for the past 12 months, Bell has been developing these highly abstract and minimalistic forms from the scenery around him. Now armed with his own visual aesthetic, he has produced his first series of works Made to Stray. Bell is also donating 5 per cent of all sales from this exhibition to Reach Newcastle.
