The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to the scene of the single-vehicle crash on the New England Highway at Wingen, near Scone, on Wednesday morning.
The driver of the vehicle, a 26-year-old woman from Wingen, suffered head and chest injuries in the crash.
Paramedics treated her at the scene and the Westpac chopper's critical care team took her to John Hunter Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
