Officers searched an Arlington Street address on September 25 relating to several alleged copper thefts.
Police said they found more than 50 items during that raid that they allege were stolen.
The items include a field line marker, floor polisher, floor sander, concrete cutter, high-pressure cleaner and ceiling projector.
Lake Macquarie police estimate the haul is worth roughly $50,000 and are hoping to find the owners of the items.
