A fourth man has been charged over an alleged armed robbery at a Hunter club just before last Christmas.

Three men allegedly forced their way into Greta Workers Sports and Recreation Club, near Maitland, just before 5am on December 22.
The club was closed at the time the trio - who were allegedly armed with a gun, a baseball bat and a samurai sword - approached an employee, who was the only staff member on-site.
They allegedly threatened and attacked the employee before they stole a mobile phone, laptop, pool cues and a small amount of alcohol. A getaway driver was waiting nearby in a ute to take them from the scene.

The staff member was taken to hospital with head abrasions and two broken fingers.
The State Crime Command's Robbery and Serious Crime squad has been investigating the hold-up.
They arrested a 26-year-old man at Cessnock jail on Wednesday morning and took him to Newcastle Police Station, where he was charged with robbery whilst armed with a dangerous weapon.
