The Agency's Cveta Kolarovski sold the two-storey, four-bedroom home with a lap pool at 9B Ella Street. A block of ground-floor villas at 50 Lockyer Street in Adamstown sold for $1.65 million in September of last year and, in 2017, homes at 18 Ella Street and 110 Lockyer Streeet were sold for $1.5 million and $1.54 million respectively.
The sale comes after The Agency sold a renovated four-bedroom house at 9 Lexington Parade in Adamstown Heights for a street record $1.015 million.

Gittins Property sold a renovated three-bedroom house at 140 Tudor Street for $736,000, $26,000 over its guide, after 35 groups went through its first open house.
