Cveta Kolarovski, of The Agency, sold the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 16 Elton Close twice in 2015 - first for $1.43 million in the April then $1.57 million around six months later, according to Australian Property Monitors data.
That was eclipsed in 2017 when she sold a brand new home at 15 Muriel Street for $1.6 million at time when the Newcastle Herald reported property prices in the postcode of 2289 were increasing quicker than in any other in the region.
A $1.767 million result for a luxurious retreat-like property at 18A Hillcrest Parade, sold by Dalton Partners, raised the suburb ceiling again in September last year then the $2 million mark was broken for Adamstown Heights in March when Ms Kolarovski sold 3 Ragan Close for $2.15 million.
A guide has not been set for 16 Elton Close, which has its first inspection at midday on Saturday, but it is expected to sell in the high $1 million range. The owners of the past four years are relocating interstate.
"It's an absolutely stunning residence," Ms Kolarovski said.
"It was built almost 10 years ago and was very ahead of its time. It's very luxurious with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, three-car garage and an in-ground pool."
