PRDnationwide Newcastle Lake Macquarie's Jesse Wilton and Mark Kentwell are marketing a one-bedroom penthouse in The Herald Apartments at 705/60 King Street in Newcastle with a guide of $610,000 to $660,000.

The penthouse has 180-degree views of the harbour and city, one bathroom, a study nook, north-facing balcony and a total area of 149 square metres. The complex has a rooftop terrace. It will be open for the first time on Saturday at 9.45am.
PRD sold a 10th floor apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one car space at 61/7 King Street in The Royal off market during the week for $1.56 million.
Raine & Horne Newcastle's Patrick Collins and Jason Maxwell have reported good interest in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with one car space they are selling at 511/335 Wharf Road with a guide of $550,000 to $600,000. It is open for inspection at midday on Saturday.
The pair sold a top-floor, two-bedroom apartment with extensive ocean views in Merewether during the week. The property at 10/2 Ocean Street has one of the city's most prestigious addresses and was secured for $840,000.
PRD's Jeremy Allwood is guiding $800,000 for a top-floor New York-style loft apartment in the historic Soque Woolstores. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 319/14 Milford Street in Islington will be open for the first time on Saturday at 10am.
"They don't come up very often in the Woolstores and people are always interested in those warehouse-style apartments," Mr Allwood said.
"The location is ideal and because it is on the third level you get that loft and the ceilings are about six metres high. There's a lot of space and it's very open and airy."
