When a property is occupied and goes on the market for sale, partial installs are supplied, which usually provide art, accessories or a statement piece, to achieve and complete the overall look of the home.
Decluttering and furniture placement consultations are available when the property has furniture/furnishings but needs a little extra help. Existing furniture may be placed in a way that will better suit the home and appeal to the market. This is a great service for those who have a smaller budget and don't want furniture brought in.
