Norths player Ky Willott will take extra confidence into the men's Hockey One finals series after scoring a double for undefeated NSW Pride in Saturday's top-of-the-table clash with the Brisbane Blaze.

Willott netted the third and fourth goals for the visitors during a 5-0 victory in the Queensland capital as NSW locked up first spot on the competition ladder and a semi against Hockey Club Melbourne in Sydney this weekend.
Pride teammate Tom Craig also converted two chances in Brisbane while Lachlan Sharp opened the account.
Kookaburras defender Matt Dawson (Norths) was captain of the state side and Hayden Dillon (Wests) came off the bench.
NSW (30 points) have won all seven preliminary round matches. The Blaze (25) finished second.
The Pride next meet fourth-placed Melbourne (15) in the play-offs. Brisbane take on the third-placed Tassie Tigers (20).
In the women's Hockey One and NSW were defeated 2-0 by the Blaze in Brisbane on Saturday, finishing equal last on the overall standings with just one win for 2019.
The top-four finals will feature minor premiers Melbourne (27), Brisbane (22), Adelaide Fire (18) and Canberra Chill (15).
