Ben Batterham pleads not guilty over Hamilton break-in murder, trial begins

AN intruder who died after he was chased, held in a "choke-hold" and punched in the head after breaking into a home at Hamilton in 2016 had a "potentially lethal" level of methylamphetamine in his system, a Newcastle Supreme Court jury has heard.
