The owners, who asked to remain anonymous, told Domain they saw plenty of potential in the split-level residence at 43 Curzon Road when they purchased it two-and-a-half years ago.
They have thoughtfully updated the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, repainting throughout and adding timber touches and high-end finishes.
