Impact draws on its 15 years' experience in Out-of-Home-Care (OoHC) to provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) and other disability supports to young adults in the Hunter, Central Coast and Western Sydney areas.

They offer a range of service models, ranging from units to houses and group homes with 24-hour support.

Services are provided to people with an active NDIS plan with approved SIL funding.

Supported Independent Living - 1 Vacancy available

Impact has a three bedroom house with a room vacancy for a female with an active NDIS plan with Supported Independent Living funding.

There are two current residents living in the home and receiving support. The home is ideally suited to a female between the ages of 18 to 25. Staff support centres around building your skills to live a life that is independent and joyful.

You will receive support with managing finances, cooking, cleaning, using public transportation, education, employment and anything that is meaningful to YOU!

The household has 2 participants who actively participate in household chores and household expectations will be drafted to ensure everyone has a say about their living environment.
