The 18-year-old, who plays with Norths in the Hunter Coast Premier Hockey League, found the back of the net during a third-quarter blitz that helped NSW beat Hockey Club Melbourne 6-2 in Saturday's semi at Sydney Olympic Park.
The Pride scored five times during that period, including doubles to both Kurt Lovett and Timothy Brand, with Willott breaking a 1-all deadlock via a field goal. Nathaniel Stewart opened the home team's account earlier from a penalty corner.
Seven days prior, Willott produced a double in the preliminary rounds.
Minor premiers NSW, skippered by Norths and Kookaburras defender Matthew Dawson, remain undefeated ahead of their title showdown with Brisbane.
NSW won a top-two clash with the same opponents 5-0 on November 2.
In Saturday's other semi, the Blaze accounted for visitors Tassie Tigers 7-1.
The women's Hockey One decider will feature also Brisbane, who beat Adelaide Fire 3-0 on Saturday.
