The 29-year-old off-spinner took the last three wickets of the Wests innings at Waratah Oval on Wednesday as part of a comfortable last-round victory.
Jayne picked up a leg before and then bowled her final two victims.
Cassandra McLaren (2-4), Kate Handley (1-3) and Emily Palmer (1-5) were the other wicket takers for second-placed Waratah.
Wests were dismissed for 16 and the hosts reached the target one down in the sixth over.
In the other game, Hamilton-Wickham were unable to field a full side at Learmonth Park so combined with leaders City to enable all players to still participate in a non-competitive encounter.
Semis will take place next week with a repeat of these most recent fixtures before a final on November 27.
Meanwhile, City's Abbey Taylor finished second highest wicket taker in the Women's NSW Premier T20 competition but her Northern District side were beaten by Universities in Sunday's final. Off-spinner Taylor ended the four-game campaign with seven scalps at an average of 7.86. She had 1-10 from three overs in the four-wicket loss at North Sydney Oval. Universities finished 6-120 with nine balls left.
Maitland leg-spinner Jaclyn Vickery was top of the charts in the Sydney second grade tournament, claiming 11 wickets at an average of 8.64. The St George-Sutherland (6-112) player picked up 2-23 in a 33-run loss to Bankstown (4-145).
