NELSON Bay winger Maya Stewart scored an incredible four tries to steer Australia A to a resounding 27-5 win over Samoa in the Oceania Women's Championships in Fiji on Tuesday.

Playing just her second game in the Green and Gold, Stewart was almost unstoppable, crossing for four first-half tries.
She opened Australia's account in the 12th minute from a scrum where she palmed off opposite Apaau Maiau and scored in the corner.
Three minutes later, the 19-year-old showed her strength to bundle the powerful Mailau into touch.
But it was in attack, where the Newcastle Waratahs' gun shined.
She used her blistering pace to run 50 metres and score under the sticks in the 16th minute, produced a neat in-an-away to notch the trifecta in the 24th minute, before strolling over untouched five minutes later.
The win was a turnaround from Australia A's 50-0 defeat to the Black Ferns Development XV, who won the tournament.
Stewart made her debut in that match but had limited chances with the ball.
Australia used the championships to blood fringe players with a view to the 2021 World Cup.
Meanwhile, Scott Wisemantel appears closer to joining the Wallabies fold after ending his 18-month stint as England's attack coach.
England coach Eddie Jones confirmed Wisemantel had moved on, with Rugby Australia confirming it was "in discussions" with him.
