He marketed a five-bedroom, two-bathroom home that had been renovated and featured a pool at 15 Buller Street with a guide of $690,000 to $750,000.

There were nine registered bidders at the November 23 auction and plenty of onlookers filled the quiet cul-de-sac to watch the action unfold before it sold for $825,000.
Mr Murdoch, of First National Newcastle City, said the result "exceeded expectations" and position, footsteps to Charlestown Square, provided appeal as well as buyers recognising "value for money" in the suburb.
A five-bedroom retreat-like residence backing on to Charlotte Reserve at 71 Woodward Street in Merewether passed in at auction on November 30 and is now on the market through First National with a guide of $2.4 million to $2.6 million.
On Saturday, they have 43 Curzon Road in New Lambton set for auction at 10.30am with a guide of $1.25 million.
The split-level residence is positioned in one of the suburb's most exclusive addresses and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a designer kitchen and in-ground pool with entertaining area and cabana.
Also in New Lambton on Saturday, Dalton Partners will take a four-bedroom home backing on to Lewis Oval reserve at 7 Florida Avenue in Lambton to auction on site with a guide of $695,000 at 10.30am.
Agent Anthony Merlo said it offered affordability for families with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on a block around 540 square metres in size.
Marlborough House at 49 Church Street on The Hill and marketed by Walkom Real Estate passed in at auction last weekend and is now on the market for $3.6 million.
