Again it was Strike Force Raptor, again they had a search warrant and again they seized varying quantities of drugs, this time cannabis, MDMA and methamphetamine.
It was one of three simultaneous raids targeting Comancheros outlaw motorcycle gang members and associates at Wyee on Wednesday.
Police allege that during the raids they located a .177 calibre firearm, a .243 calibre rifle, a trench knife, an electronic stun device, two home-made firearms, 200 rounds of ammunition, 16 cannabis plants, more than 300 grams of cannabis leaf, 14 grams of methylamphetamine and 3.5 grams of MDMA.
Lewis, 47, was charged with supplying a prohibited drug and four counts of possession of a prohibited drug and was represented by solicitor Chris O'Brien when he appeared in Toronto Local Court in handcuffs on Thursday.
He pleaded guilty to three drug possession offences, not guilty to two others and applied for bail.
But this time Lewis - who is due to face a hearing in Toronto Local Court in January in relation to the March raid - was refused bail, with Magistrate Ron Maiden noting the seriousness of the offending and the similarities between the raids.
John Fitzgerald, 48, who police said was a Comanchero associate, was arrested during a raid at his property in Gorokan Road, Wyee on Wednesday after police found cannabis, an air gun and an ornamental trench knife.
He also appeared in Toronto Local Court on Thursday and pleaded guilty to seven drug and firearm offences, including a charge of acquiring a firearm while subject to a firearms prohibition order.
He did not apply for bail and will next appear in Toronto Local Court on Tuesday. A third man, 60, who police said was a Comancheros associate, was charged with a string of firearm and drug offences and granted conditional bail by police to appear in Toronto Local Court on January 21.
Strike Force Raptor say investigations are ongoing.
