Graham Jennings medallist Mitch Oxborrow and striker Kale Bradbery will meet former club Broadmeadow when Lambton Jaffas host Magic in round one of the 2020 Northern NSW NPL.

Oxborrow was named the league's player of the year for his efforts with Broadmeadow in 2019. Bradbery has also switched from Magic to Jaffas.
The 2.30pm clash of the heavyweight clubs on Saturday, March 21, at Edden Oval shapes as a highlight of the opening round of the new-look competition.
With the Jets Youth moving to the NSW NPL and no club promoted, the NNSW NPL will drop to 10 teams and from 22 rounds, with byes, to 18. The league also reverts to a five-team finals series from a four-team, home and away semi-final format.
Also new in 2020, Charlestown City Blues and Hamilton Olympic have changed names to Charlestown Azzurri and Newcastle Olympic respectively. The clubs will face off in round one at Lisle Carr Oval on Saturday, March 21 from 2.30pm.
As usual, the grand finalists have been drawn together in round one. Champions Edgeworth will host defending premiers Maitland at Jack McLaughlan Oval on Sunday, March 22 from 4pm. Also Sunday, Adamstown welcome Lake Macquarie.
The season opener will be the Bears against Valentine on Thursday, March 19, from 8pm at Weston Park.
In the Herald Women's Premier League, Broadmeadow host Warners Bay in the season-opener on Friday, March 6, from 8pm. Magic have taken over South Wallsend's licence in the competition.
Champions New Lambton are away to Merewether in the grand final rematch on March 6 at 2.30pm. Also Sunday, Adamstown host Thornton and newcomers Newcastle Olympic, who have replaced Wallsend, travel to Football Mid North Coast, both at 3pm.
