South Coast batsman and former Sydney Thunder squad member White made 115 from just 76 deliveries as part of a 155-run victory for NSW Country against South Australia at Rockville Park on Monday.

Coming in at No.3 and with the Bush Blues 1-89, White struck 14 fours and four sixes in his 90-minute innings.

"He [White] is a good player. He missed out in the T20s but a player like that isn't going to miss out across 10 games," Novocastrian mentor Burley said.

"He came off today and showed his class."

White was eventually dismissed leg before with the total at 7-249, which means he scored almost 72 per cent of the runs while he was out in the middle.

NSW Country reached 8-264, which also included 36 to Wests' Aaron Wivell at the top of the order and 55 to Adam Berwick.

The Bush Blues followed up by dismissing winless SA for 109 inside 30 overs.

Central Coast's Scott Burkinshaw starred in reply taking 4-34 from his 10 straight overs while Toronto opening ball partner Andrew Somerville ended up with figures of 1-34 from his maximum spell.

Stockton, Newcastle and NSW Country captain Nick Foster (2-20) split four wickets with fellow finger spinner Chris Archer (2-15) in a combined 8.3 overs.

"I thought we hit our straps today," Burley said.

"I think the make up of our team is certainly more suited to the 50-over games than T20 and that's where all the points are.

"I think we've got the right mix."

Merewether all-rounder Josh Geary (back) was rested on day four of the national tournament.

The Bush Blues, who now have a 50-50 win-loss ratio at the carnival with three apiece following the earlier T20 rounds, jump Victoria into third spot on the overall standings with both Western Australia and Queensland above them.

NSW Country meet ACT at Middle Ridge Park on Tuesday.

One-day clashes with fellow title contenders WA, the hosts and Victoria await later in the week. A final is scheduled for Friday.

In the equivalent women's championships, also being played west of Brisbane at the moment, NSW Country remain unbeaten after the first three fixtures and lead the national ladder with two games left.

The Bush Breakers won a T20 double header on Monday, accounting for both Victoria and WA at Cahill Park Sports Complex.

NSW Country chased Victoria's 4-103 seven wickets down with 1.1 overs to spare. Next they easily defended 6-117, dismissing WA for 55.

The Bush Breakers tackle East Asia Pacific and Queensland in back-to-back encounters at Captain Cook Reserve on Tuesday.
