GWH have started construction on the development located at 509 Hunter Street and 386 King Street in Newcastle. It will comprise around 180 apartments - a mix of one, two, three and four bedrooms - across three towers.
Mr Waddell reported each of the three recent big sales began with purchasers wanting to increase an overall apartment size, opting to purchase two apartments and combine both into the one floor plan.
He said the combination of apartments created floor areas up to 200 square metres and apartments with incredible views from dual aspects.
"GWH is unique in the way that we're the developer and builder of our residential projects," Mr Waddell said.
"Our in-house architects can work directly with these larger apartment purchasers to create the ideal home."

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, the apartment also includes butler's pantry, three-metre stone topped island bench, separate laundry, full size bath in the master ensuite and three car spaces.
"With the number of units we've sold to date there is only a couple of opportunities left where we could combine apartments," Mr Waddell said.
"The ability to combine apartments is only available until construction of the buildings structure begins."
"We're expecting to come out of the ground soon."
Sky Residences began construction in October of last year.
Mr Waddell said the milestone moment for their latest development continued GWH's 100 per cent completion rate, having delivered 324 new homes since 2017.
