Harriott made 122 not out, featuring 96 in boundaries, as part of a 167-run opening stand with James Rushford (65) at University Oval on Wednesday.
His 61-ball knock helped the 2017-18 champions reach 2-217.
It comes a month after Harriott scored a double hundred in the Newcastle District Cricket Association first grade competition.
The Seagulls were restricted to 7-100 in reply.
Elsewhere on Wednesday, the Pumas (Hamwicks) lost three wickets and took 14.3 overs chasing down the Kookaburras (Toronto) total of 8-92 at Passmore Oval.

Title holders the Magpies (Charlestown) posted their first victory of the 2020 campaign, accounting for the Tigers (Wallsend) by 27 runs at Kahibah Oval. Magpies imports Nathan Doyle (44) and Tym Crawford (3-15), who both play for Gordon, stood out defending 7-122.
Thursday sees the Rosellas (Wests) host the Lions (Merewether) at Harker Oval and the Magic (Maitland) travel to take on the Whips (Belmont) at Cahill Oval.
