Mr Yazbeck, of Colliers International, is marketing the units in a complex of 10 at Cardiff Business Park at 29 Pendlebury Road. One has already been sold.

"It's been really well built and it has good access," Mr Yazbeck said.

Two floors of commercial office space in Newcastle's historic East End have been listed for lease by Raine & Horne Commercial's Alan Tonks and Jason Morris.
