The 19-year-old has been nominated in the Favourite Content Creator category (Australia and New Zealand). She has a combined online following of 1.4 million across all of her social media accounts, is a best-selling author and last year completed a sold-out national tour.
Georgia is self-taught when it comes to video editing and started sharing her creations at the age of 13.
As for her comedy, she told the Newcastle Herald last year: "My Dad is the biggest dag and I get my sense of humour from him. He's very Australian and laidback."
The professional YouTuber attended last year's VidCon Australia conference in Melbourne and was the host of the opening night's show.
Georgia will be up against online gamer EyStreem, fellow YouTube personality Johnny Tuivasa-Sheck, Tik Tok favourite Mariam Star and Instagrammer Harvey Petito in her first Nickelodeon awards.
She is matter-of-fact about her online success and the number of people who follow her comedic videos.
"I don't tend to think of followers as people, they're more like numbers, so it doesn't seem very real to me," she tells Weekender.
She believes that the online content creator category has the potential to overshadow, say, the children's television show category in the not-too-distant future.
"Kids can very easily access online content," she says.
"They can choose exactly what they want to watch and when they want to watch it - they don't have to wait a certain amount of time for it to come on TV.
"People also feel a lot closer to YouTubers because they tend to share a lot about themselves - there's not much of a wall or a filter.
"And look, attention spans are getting smaller and smaller. One day we are all going to be like goldfish."
She says she will continue to share her quirky comedy online but is keeping her options open.
"I am branching out but not too far. I like to stick to my roots and I still love making YouTube videos. I can't see a point in time where I'd stop just yet."
Kids across Australia and New Zealand can also vote for their favourite local celebrities in the following categories: Favourite Sports Star (Australian-born NBA player Ben Simmons is up against world No.1 tennis champion Ash Barty, Olympic swimmer Mack Horton, Australian cricketer Ellyse Perry and New Zealand rugby player TJ Perenara); and Favourite Music Maker (Tones and I, Benee, Dean Lewis, Six60 and 5 Seconds of Summer).

The winners will be announced at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards show on Tuesday, March 24, at 5.30pm, hosted by Chance The Rapper.
