A MACQUARIE Hills man accused of supplying MDMA and cocaine on dozens of occasions between November and January allegedly sent messages to his customer base advertising sales for "today only" and "while stocks last", according to court documents.

Detectives claim they were monitoring the movements and text messages of Kynan Mark Maffesoni, 24, and allegedly intercepted group messages he sent to contacts spruiking the deals they could get on different quantities.
"Price drop for M!," Mr Maffesoni allegedly sent on November 28, before rattling off a list of prices and quantities. "Get in whilst this stock lasts, will notify if prices change [due to] different batches."
On another occasion in January, detectives allege Mr Maffesoni sent out a group text message with a list of prices and quantities which concluded with "today only!"
Mr Maffesoni was represented by solicitor Drew Hamilton when he appeared in Newcastle Local Court on Friday charged with more than 30 drug supply offences.
He applied for bail, but it was refused by Magistrate Robert Stone who said the police against Mr Maffesoni appeared to be strong.
Detectives say they established Strike Force Pallamana in October to investigate the supply of MDMA and cocaine in Newcastle. And after intercepting dozens of text messages and installing a tracking device on Mr Maffesoni's car, police swooped on February 13, launching raids at homes in Elermore Vale and Macquarie Hills.
Mr Maffesoni and 28-year-old Alex Michael Theris were arrested and police say they seized 28 grams of MDMA, steroids, $15,000 cash and mobile phones.
Mr Theris was charged with six drug supply offences and was granted conditional bail on February 14.
The pair will next appear in court on April 16.
