It will be a vastly different side to the one crowned 2016 champions, grand finalists in 2017 and 2018 and semi-finalists last year.
Gone are Jets players Cassidy Davis and Jenna Kingsley. Davis is playing for Manly in National Premier League NSW Women's and Kingsley has joined Newcastle Olympic in WPL. Tara Pender will play for APIA Leichhardt in NPL NSW, Sophie Stapleford and Kaitlin Radstaak have signed with New Lambton, Nadja Squires is playing AFL and goalkeeper Maddie Latter has relocated.
Despite the losses, Panthers coach Craig Atkins is confident he has assembled a squad which can again make finals. They include several former Adamstown players in Elodie Dagg, Chelsea Lucas, Annika D'Amico, Ryley Field, Georgia Cook and Elly Cook.
"We still believe we've got a quality squad; we've recruited quite well," Atkins said.
"We've still got a strong core with players like Sian [Keating] and Airlie [Davis] and bringing in those new girls who know each other very well has ensured we've still got a very strong squad heading into this season."

Filling the void in the centre of the park left by the departing Davis will be Dagg, who Atkins described as being on "a different level".
It is a responsibility the 23-year-old was looking forward to.
"Originally I just wanted a change," Dagg said. "I'd been at Adamstown for three years and I just thought it was better for me to have a new training environment, a new coaching style, new team. I needed that I think. It was a bit of a shock obviously when Cass and Tara and Jenna left but that's the way it is. I'm happy with the move.
"Warners Bay have a history of being one of the top contenders to win the competition nearly every year, so I think everyone still has that weight on their shoulders ... I think the girls have taken it on as a good challenge and a chance for others to step up."
Warners Bay open their season against Broadmeadow at Magic Park on Thursday night.
The round-one game was originally set down for Friday night but was moved with the Matildas now playing Vietnam at McDonald Jones Stadium in an Olympic qualifier Friday night.
