The footage, posted to the hotel's Facebook page and which has since been viewed more than 60,000 times, shows an unidentified woman carrying what appears to be a bundle of toilet paper in her arms as she makes her way across the hotel floor towards the exit.
The woman, according to the hotel's post, cleaned out the ladies' bathrooms and raced from the venue.
As consumers continue to empty supermarket shelves of toilet paper around the city, stores have imposed restrictions on the numbers of packs customers can buy at a time, as well as on items such as rice, tissues and hand sanitizer.
The hotel has said it would not seek charges if the rolls were returned.
