It has been more than a week since the district recorded a diagnosed case.
Of the 277 cases across the region, 44 cases are "active".
Currently there are two COVID-19 patients being cared for in the region's hospitals, and five are receiving Hospital in the Home support.
Across NSW, there was one additional case of COVID-19 diagnosed since 8pm on May 2, bringing the total number of cases to 3033.
The new case was a seven-year-old boy who attended Warragamba Public School. The school has been closed and a risk assessment is under way.
