The importance of mental health during the COVID pandemic is paramount and for Life Matters Psychologists, being able to consult and provide guidance during a time of uncertainty was vital for clients well-being and their business.
Life Matters quickly adopted online conferencing and introductory sessions to give their clients face-to-face access. Further online tools helping students monitor and deal with stress and anxiety were created,. These have proven successful with HSC students and parents utilising the resources. The quick adoption and adaption of technology allowed clients to attend the sessions from their own homes without missing their consultation.

Together, not Alone is a partnership between Out of the Square, the Newcastle Herald and the Greater Bank. Its aim is to inspire some positivity in these difficult times and will feature a series of stories that explore kindness, innovation, creativity, celebration and mindfulness among businesses and the community.
