Tammy Hawkins, of McGrath Newcastle City, marketed the stylish four-bedroom, three-bedroom home at No.231. It had a Caesarstone kitchen, multiple indoor and outdoor living options, a four-car garage plus a spacious master wing. According to Australian Property Monitors data, the previous highest sale for St James Road was $1.355 million in 2016.
