The venues for both games has not been announced, but there has been speculation the Knights will be playing all their games in Sydney.
Penrith, Canberra and Newcastle were all undefeated in their first two games before the competition was suspended on March 23 because of the coronavirus crisis.
The Panthers will be without halfback Nathan Cleary, who has been suspended by the NRL integrity unit for two games after a much-publicised breach of social-distancing regulations.
The season will re-launch on Thursday, May 28, when the Broncos clash with Parramatta.
The remaining 16 rounds of the season are still to be confirmed.
