The Twelve Mile Creek trainer had a winning double with Candy Moon and Liberty Pearl but she was even more thrilled with the added success of Halcyon Prince and Halcyon Princess for trainers Colin Furner and Ronald Patterson respectively at the meeting.
Keene bred all four winners, who were from the same My Bro Fabio-Liberty Moon litter.
"That made it an extraordinarily good night," Keene said.
"To get four winners on one night out of the same litter is pretty rare."
The maiden win of Candy Moon at her 13th start was especially satisfying for Keene. Candy Moon led throughout from box six and clocked 15.73 seconds for the 272 metres, which was the fastest time on the night.
"It was a bit of a relief," she said. "There were a few incidents in her races but there was no luck until last night. She went pretty good.
"She's been off the scene and had a few problems. We are just starting back with her."
Liberty Pearl's win was a sixth in 26 starts and a third in her past six runs.
Racing returns to Gosford on Monday night.
