Up against previous record-holder Bedazzled Babe, the Darryl Wilson-trained bitch exploded to the lead out of box five in a first section of 4.27 seconds and she was never threatened.
A $1.75 favourite, she won in 15.47 seconds, 1.75 lengths ahead of Bedazzled Babe ($2.25), which is on the comeback from injury.
Lil Doo, trained at Abermain, holds the track record at 15.29 and now has 13 wins and eight placings in 24 starts.
The Brian Tuft-trained O'Hara ($2.80) won by the same margin a race earlier, defeating Lanzoni ($2.70) over 400m in a time of 23.29 after leading narrowly to the turn from box eight.
In an earlier 272m race, Blossoming Rose, for trainer Ray Walters, downed the Allan Ivers-trained Zeal The Moment in a photo-finish in 16.19.
Ivers, who trains at Swan Bay, had better luck in race five when Red Riddle made the most of an inside box to win over 400m.
Red Riddle was a reserve but gained a start in box one after the scratching of kennelmate Kirsty Koi. Red Riddle was left alone in front after multiple collisions outside her at the turn and she cruised to a 3.25-length win in 23.32.
The Allan Woods-trained Happy Dash, $1.60 favourite, led throughout to take out the first, a 400m maiden, in 22.96.
Local trainers have their next chance to race at Gosford on Thursday.
