Guzman y Gomez are set to open their first stand-alone store in Lake Macquarie after being confirmed as a tenant in GWH's Warners Bay development.
BP Petroleum and Guzman y Gomez will both be located in the centre of Warners Bay's retail and commercial precinct at 9 King Street.
The development is scheduled for completion this financial year with BP and Guzman y Gomez set to open in July.
Remaining spaces for lease range from 175 to 615 square metres and allow for a variety of uses.The centre has a B7 zoning and will have 37 on-site car parks and the property benefits from a high volume of passing traffic.
Matt Waddell, GWH sales and marketing manager, described the remaining opportunity for lease as one to "capitalise on the 20,000 plus cars passing by every day".
