The scaffolding has come down on Doma Group's Lume, which sold out in an unprecedented five days in 2017, at 21 Honeysuckle Drive. Construction has begun on neighbouring Huntington, also a Doma development, at 35 Honeysuckle Drive. Now, interest is being sought for Horizon on the Harbour to be built on the Lee 5 site at 45 Honeysuckle Drive.
Plans for the Miller Property and BLOC development include 110 apartments across three waterfront buildings. Apartments will be a mix of one, two and three bedrooms and there will be six penthouses.
Commercial Collective's Dane Crawford, who is the appointed sales director of Horizon and headed up sales for Lume, said pricing would range from $500,000 to over $3 million.
"The penthouse apartments are going to be over 200 square metres in size, so they're going to be very large and unique to our market," Mr Crawford said.
"The two and three-bedroom apartments are going to be oversized as well; they're very much suited towards an owner-occupier style buyer that wants a large piece of waterfront accommodation. The bulk of the apartments will have north-facing harbour views. The only south-facing apartments are one-bedroom apartments."

While Mr Crawford did not expect a rush on apartments as seen with the frenzy for Lume, he felt developments in key sites such as at Horizon on the Harbour would attract plenty of interest.
"There was a lot of pent-up demand for Lume," he said. "No development had been released to the market on the harbour for some time, so there was a big thirst for people to be there.
"And that hasn't changed. People still want to be on the harbour, looking at the water. They still want large, quality developments ... the only change that has sort of happened over the last 18 months has been market sentiment, which has just ebbed and flowed with what's been going on in the world. But, fundamentally, our conditions are still very much the same as they were back then."
The development, which has been fast-tracked under NSW Government's Planning System Acceleration Program but has not yet been approved, will include common garden areas, an on-site concierge and ground-floor commercial.
The site sits between what will be a landscaped Cottage Creek and Huntington. On the other side of Cottage Creek, Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation holds a 20,000-square metre parcel of land earmarked for development up to 90 metres high.
