BEACH WATCH

Fresh onshore winds making for big and windblown conditions for most of the local breaks today. Swell is expected to peak through out the morning and taper off during the evening. Swell from the SSE at 3 to 4m . Wind out of the S/W to South easing late. Early high tide may suit one or two of the south facing reefs with strong sweeps running to the north making for hard paddle out for the keen surfers. Try Merewether and Nobbys. Dudley and Caves to the south. Seals Rocks to the north. Erosion likely. Poor swimming conditions. Water temp 17C. - Dave Anderson
