The new case is a contact of the overseas returned case HNELHD reported last week.
"She has been in isolation for the entire period she has been infectious. We are grateful for her contribution in keeping our community safe," a statement from HNELHD said.
Dr David Durrheim, HNELHD Public Health Controller for the COVID-19 response is reminding the public to remain vigilant and present for testing if unwell - even with mild symptoms.
HNELHD would also like to remind the public you do not need to have all the symptoms to be tested.
