I could not be happier for Jacob Saifiti or more proud of him after he was re-signed by the Knights this week.

It's huge for the club and huge for us as a playing group to know he is going to be around for at least another two years because he's someone we love to have around and is a real good personality.
But I'm more pumped for him because I know what it means to him and I know how hard he has worked to make it happen. Over the past couple of years, he's been through a lot of crap and to see him come out the other side and play some great footy, he's deserved to be re-signed.
He's shown everyone what he is capable of and he's only going to get better. He recognises like we all do that he is in a good footy system at the moment here in Newcastle. We are really building as a team and I think he can see that as well.
He enjoys the town and being around the club and he's got his brother as well and those two together, they are real quality. They are great brothers who love being around each other and playing together - they really enjoy that. They have this real special bond and it's awesome to have twins playing first grade together.

I'm looking forward to playing a whole heap more games alongside the two of them.
Looking back on last weekend's performance, we learnt a valuable lesson but thankfully, without the added pain of a loss against South Sydney.
We were guilty of switching off when the result was there for the taking and gave them the ball and they got a real sniff. By that stage, they had nothing to lose which made them more dangerous.
Every game is not going to be perfect. There will be errors and momentum swings and as a team, that was a real warning shot for us about playing out a strong 80 minutes.
As a playing group, when that sort of thing happens, I think we just have to take a breath, re-assess, kick the ball out and get back to what we do best and what got us into that position of winning.
That's something we really took out of that game. Moving forward, we are probably going to be in that situation again and we have to be a lot better than we were against Souths.
Looking ahead to Sunday, we aren't under any illusions about how tough it's going to be against the Bulldogs.
They'll come out and give all they've got. They are a quality, committed footy side who we know are going to come out and make us really work hard for the win.
We have to make sure we are on our game. We don't want any more slip-ups.
We are back at home and we were there a few weeks ago and let the fans down and we don't want to be doing that again. It's important we find some consistency and it needs to start now.
