The five-year-old led and hung on to narrowly beat The Tiger Army on Friday night and he races again on Monday in the fifth.
It was part of a double on the night for driver Leigh Sutton, who later won on the Aaron Goadsby-trained Dennington Heights.
Big Time Hustler, which Harmey also co-leases, had won a week earlier at Newcastle, giving him six victories this season at the track.
However, it was the first time he had scored back-to-back wins and Harmey was eyeing a third.
Madi Young has the drive on Monday when Big Time Hustler starts from barrier 10. He meets a field that includes the Brendon Flaherty-trained Shining Frost and Clayton Harmey's Britney Jane, which both also won on Friday night.
"We were up against a couple of nice ones on Friday but Monday is probably a bit easier for him and I'm hoping the driver can get him across the line," said Harmey, who is the cousin of leading trainer Clayton Harmey.
"He's drawn the second line and that's my only concern. Hopefully the ones in front go forward and he can get a good spot.
"But the harder they are, the more he loves it."
Harmey, who has four horses in work, picked up the pacer from friend and fellow trainer Cameron Davies in August last year.
Bevan Pringle also had a double on Friday night with Shining Frost and Corporal Jujon. He drives them again on Monday in races two and five respectively
Also on Friday night, Tom Ison (Artful Jack) and Blake Hughes (Lilymadimac) had a win each as their Newcastle drivers' premiership race continued. Ison remains one win in front.
On Saturday night at Menangle, Hunter-trained Master Catch (Lisa McDonald), Huey Lewis (Clayton Harmey) and Royal Gamble (Mark Callaghan) placed in heats to qualify for next week's $30,000 final.
